My first experience of reflexology and I'm so pleased I chose Michelle! So much thought has gone into making the room a beautiful, calm space and Michelle made me feel very comfortable, answering any questions I had. Then gentle pressure will be applied to reflex points all over your feet, which correspond to different areas of the body. A Reiki session will provide the healing and rejuvenation you need. PLEASE NOTE : 30 minutes is included to your appointment for consultation & feedback.

Starting with 45 minutes of reflexology, focusing on areas like your lungs, sinuses, and immune system to release winter tensions and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and completely refreshed.
