Second time visiting Michelle for reflexology and I’m as blown away as I was the first time! Not only do I manage to actually relax, but the insights she can tell me about the rest of my body is fascinating. She’s such a calming and relaxing presence and you instantly feel at ease. Never thought I’d be a regular for reflexology but it’s become really valuable to me!

Relax and unwind with this deeply relaxing holistic therapy that will help restore, relax and rebalance your mind, body and soul. Your blissful treatment will begin with hot towels to cleanse your feet, followed by a soothing foot massage. Then gentle pressure will be applied to reflex points all over your feet, which correspond to different areas of the body.  All products used during your treatment are 100% natural and vegan friendly. Please allow 15 mins for consulatation and feedback.

Full Body Holistic Massage

A focused 30-minute treatment that works into the areas where tension builds up most. The neck, shoulders, and back. With a mix of flowing and purposeful massage techniques, this treatment helps release tightness, ease stress, and leave you feeling more open, relaxed, and comfortable.

Ideal if you’ve been feeling tense, heavy, or just need a little time to unwind and reset.

Neck Back Shoulder Massage

A deeply rejuvenating treatment that goes beyond the surface, the Ayurvedic Face Lift Massage blends ancient wisdom with natural skincare. Using rhythmic, flowing movements and marma-point stimulation, this massage tones facial muscles, releases tension and encourages lymphatic drainage,leaving your skin glowing, lifted and refreshed.

Indian Head Massage

Thai foot massage focuses on the feet & lower legs. Combining elements of shiatsu, Chinese massage & reflexology. It involves a series of gentle stretches, massage along with the use of a stick to stimulate the reflex points.

With each gentle touch, you'll feel the stress of the day melt away. The soothing pressure on your feet and lower legs will release tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
