Thank you for looking after my 1 yo boy Louie today. Your team did an amazing job with a very efficient haircut while he was squirming and crying the entire time. Appreciate the books and TV show as well! I know it’s difficult with covid, but my only suggestion would be toning down the black masks and black gloves with kids. I think this would be quite daunting for the little ones!.
