With years of experience in injury prevention, recovery, and overall health and wellness, I specialise in providing customised treatments for people who are always on the go. Whether you're a busy parent chasing after kids, a professional with hectic schedules or simply someone who loves to stay active, I believe everyone deserves to feel their best. Treatments also include manual lymphatic draining massage, pregnancy massage, holistic massage and cold water therapy.
