By using a mix of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy each session is equally soothing as it is corrective. We all have unique needs and that is why each session will be customized and tailored to the current needs of your body with no additional fees. I strive to educate my clients not only on the techniques I incorporate within the massage session but also on self care practices and stretches specific to the needs of each client with the goal that clients will leave feeling inspired to make simple changes that can have a huge impact on their quality of life.
