The treatment last 45 minutes with a full consultation. Please be aware ear candling cannot be performed if you have an ear infection, perforated ear drum, grommets or cochlear implant.

Thermal Ear Candling

An initial reflexology treatment will last around 60 minutes which includes a full consultation including medical history, during booking I may ask if you have any pre existing medical conditions that may need either GP, Consultant or midwife consent.
If you would like a more focused session to address symptoms such as headaches/migraines then adapted techniques are used to aid those troubled areas. This also includes areas such as heartburn, morning sickness, lymphatic drainage and sleep problems.

Reflexology

Hot stones are incorporated into the reflexology treatment  to further enhance the benefits of the treatment and have a longer lasting effect on the body.
The treatment last 1 hour, for the initial treatment a full consultation is needed so please allow for 15 minutes extra.

Hot Stone Reflexology

Reflexology can be deeply healing during pregnancy and can help manage some strains our bodies go through during the pregnancy journey. Reflexology can help with sickness, heartburn, constipation, pelvic girdle pain or sciatica, tiredness and insomnia and general feelings of wellbeing. 
Please allow extra time after the treatment to regain a sense of balance after the treatment.

Soothe your mind, body and soul with an holistic body massage. This body massage is designed to relax tired, stressed muscles, by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulates lymphatic drainage and improves overall wellbeing.

Massage

A luxury facial using Kaeso skincare, tailored to your skin type. Facials include a facials massage targeting reflex facial points to aid relaxation and improve skin tone and texture. 
Gua Sha facials use a combination of stones to improve skin texture, reduce fine lines/wrinkles, boost collagen production and skin elasticity.
