When I booked this appointment two months ago it was £29 but when I attended the appointment I was charged £31 as the price had risen only last week. I know this is not much but it is bad business practice to not honour a booked price. It makes me wary of booking again as the price could be anything by the time of the appointment. Geraldine was very friendly and I was very happy the cut . This would have been 5 stars except for the unexpected price rise despite booking at what I would have expected to be a fixed price. I have been coming here for a while now and this has spoiled it a little.
