Monica was very welcoming and helpful. I am pleased with my first hair cut from her.

Claire-Louise explained everything about what she was doing and also told me I definitely needed a haircut and showed me why. And when I came back 45-50 mins later and then explained what I was wanting done to my hair, she told me what she could do.
