Briony held and safe and thoughtful space while performing a graceful and powerful dance around my body. Her art was perfectly executed, providing me with a overall woosh of nurturing and release. The sauna after allowed me to release any residual toxicity and walk out feeling like a new and significantly more grounded human. So satisfying 💕.
