Pravilo is an ancient Slavic method of stretching - originally used by Russian warriors prior to battle. It involves a specially designed apparatus to stretch the body in a targeted manner in various directions. Pravilo not only increases power and strength, but also improves flexibility, posture, and circulation. The deep stretch of connective tissues promotes stress release and balances emotions - leading to enhanced mental clarity.

At Pravilo Dubai, we have created the Middle East's first zen space for people to use and practice on the Pravilo machine with safe guidance.
