Tooth Gem

The downsizing is very important to the healing and health of your piercing during the healing process. Downsizing is needed for a wide range of piercings.
Downsizing minimises movement of the piercing and it getting snagged/caught! The longer bar is inserted initially to accomodate for swelling, once swelling subsides downsizing is necessary.

NOTE: the jewellery is not free, you must purchase the shorter bar. The service itself is free
