Physique Revival is ran by Jodi who is a level 4 qualified sports massage therapist. At level 4 she can treat injuries as well as delivering maintenance massages to help keep yourself in peak working order.
Here at Physique Revival we offer a range of treatments, sports massage for maintenance or injuries, cupping therapy and pregnancy and post natal massage.
Sports massage/deep tissue massage works deep into the muscles, realigning the muscle fibres and connective tissues whilst increasing blood flow to an area and flushing away any toxins and it’s not exclusive to active people.
