Swedish Massage

Deep tissue massage is therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Specially helpful for chronic aches and pains in specific areas such as neck, upper back, lower, and shoulders. I will use a firmer pressure but I will be sure to check in with what feels good for you.

Deep Tissue Massage

This is a beautiful treatment for expectant mothers, designed to help you relax from head to bump. Using gentle strokes with pressure to suit you. I will help improve your overall well-being, and help with any little ache and pains you may be experiencing

Swedish Prenatal Massage 🤰 

40 mins is great if you have a longer lunch break or prefer to not be lying down for so long. Still as affective as the longer massages I can get to work on a specific niggle you may have!

Body massage 40 min

For when an hour is not enough!  This is a great treatment because it can give me more time working on a specific area that is really causing you discomfort. Sometimes an hour just goes too fast and I might feel you'll benefit from a longer session with me.
