The essence of the method consists in achieving a state of comfortable relaxation and perception by the patient with the help of a psychologist, being in this state, verbal and non-verbal therapeutic suggestions (suggestions).
The vast majority of patients feel relief already after the 1st or 2nd session. 
By breaking neurotic patterns, we set up recovery patterns, give a recovery program. Thanks to these signals, a person installs a new program for recovery. 
We work in the program of light trance - you fully hear, realize and control everything, passing through the hypothalamus to the cerebral cortex - where we work (which is consciousness - concentration of gaze, reaction, understanding).

Stretching is considered the most advanced technique and high level of Thai massage. The procedure has a beneficial effect on the entire body, but the greatest benefit is provided to the musculoskeletal system. The stretch massage technique is based on working with tendons, ligaments and muscles, warming them up and stretching them. The therapist carries out thorough and deep work with the body, removing clamps and blocks. Additionally, there is active stimulation of the lymph and blood, which helps cleanse the body of toxic and harmful substances. Thai stretch technique combines elements of yoga and Ayurvedic massage.
