Great blow dry.

Great friendly treatment

The facial itself was indepth however the whole experience was a bit odd. The salon is in a great location especially for hair/nails but their treatment room lacks character. Everything is crammed into the small room around the bed. Just lying on the floor. They have no sink or running water so they used a water bottle to rinse the cotton pad. I had the same cotton pad used for every stage of the facial. They were cold and smelt damp. They have no mood lighting so I was blinded by 6 bright spotlights as I laid back and the music was constant loud pop music. It wasn't relaxing.

Lana was amazing. She listened to exactly what I want, I was worried they would look too fake at first as I am inexperienced with getting lashes on but she totally put me at ease and they were everything I wanted! Shes also a super lovely and friendly person. Can’t fault the service.
