Hi Janet…Erin the owner of Ocean Blue here…thank you for your review. I’m sorry you were not satisfied. I was watching my cameras as you checked out and could see you motioning to your provider about your arm and shoulder. I can only hear every other word on the cameras, as I am quite a distance away. I did check the time on the cameras and I see that you were in session for only 53 minutes, my apologies. I have contacted your provider and she mentioned that you requested neck and shoulders and that she spent 30 minutes concentrating on those areas. I always suggest lots of communication during your service, to help us meet your specific needs. I have been a massage therapist since 1989 and perhaps on your next visit you could book with me? However, I also do not have time for front of legs or arms in my hour massage, it would have to be 1.5 hours for the entire body…unless you specifically request work to be done there, rather than other parts of your body.
