any session cancelled with less than 24hr notice will be charged.

LIfe Coaching

This is an online package that covers health, fitness, nutrition and stress management. It includes full training programme, nutritional plan and any other areas that are needed or highlighted during the journey.
Each plan is truly bespoke to the individual.
It includes a weekly check in with feedback and one facetime consultation per month. You are able to contact me in between these times via whatsapp if you have any queries that arise. These will be responded to during working hours of 8am - 8pm monday - saturday.
The price is £99 per month - if you wished to add on extra in person sessions these can be added at a reduced rate.
When booking the time slot that is the time for your monthly consulation and during that we will discuss the procedure for your weekly check in.

Online Coaching

Block booking of ten personal training sessions, can also be used for a hour nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, menopause coaching.
Any session cancelled with less than 24hr notice will still be charged.
