Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage

Unlock your inner peace in this calming, non-invasive treatment which uses gentle touch to balance the body's energy and align the chakras. Reiki relieves stress and assists with emotional healing and balancing the flow of energy within the body. Crystals and music are also used for a deeply relaxing and grounding experience. Sessions are suitable for all ages and during pregnancy.

Reiki Healing

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) incorporates light pressure and gentle massage techniques specifically targeted to encourage the drainage of lymph nodes and reduce swelling and toxins in the body. The lymphatic system is part of the body's immune system, it keeps fluid levels balanced and helps fight infections. 
Lymphatic drainage is especially helpful for treating Lymphedema and post surgery swelling.
