Came in with a very tight and sore shoulder (rotator cuff strain), left with it much looser and the pain significantly reduced. Not fixed (it will take time) but this definitely helped. Therapist was really good at listening to me if a certain movement or pressure was too painful, and adjusted accordingly..

Really great experience. The only thing I would change is that the massage therapist asks what type of pressure is preferred before they start massaging. Thanks for a great massage!.

Another awesome massage from Polly, she’s just fantastic. I normally find it really difficult to relax, but the way Polly does the massage is amazing, I can fully relax and a couple of times I have even sort of falling asleep, which is great for me because I have difficulty sleeping at night. Polly also gave a message to my husband last week and he absolutely loved loved it, he told me it was exactly the type of massage that he needed, with the right pressure and It fixed his sore lower back.
