Great, friendly service at affordable pricing!

First of all I would like to say how friendly & hospitable Liana & the ladies were, I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The salon is lovely & cosy. I came to get my re-growth done, & found that the end colour wasn’t what I wanted. I now have roots to mid lengths that don’t match my tips. I’m not sure what Liana’s booking schedule is like, but I felt that she may’ve taken on too many clients that day which resulted in the mismatched colour in my hair. I’d like to encourage Liana to scale back on her bookings if it means being more attentive with her clients.

James was lovely. He listened carefully to my needs and explained everything he was going to do and put a plan in place to correct my hair from another salons mistake. Have already rebooked for 6 weeks time. 🙂
