Mix and Match

Combining the wonderful healing energy of Reiki with the innate energy of the crystals, this is a gentle but powerful combination to help the healing process within the body. This treatment also includes a Chakra tarot card reading to finish with some spiritual guidance. 

Crystal Reiki

Reiki is administered by placement of hands in specific positions either directly on or just above the body. This enables the therapist to channel energy through the body’s seven main chakras helping to rebalance them which activates the body’s own healing process. Clients often report feeling sensations of heat, tingling or seeing colours while some have an emotional response to the treatment.

Reiki can promote calm, deep relaxation, reduce levels of stress and can help improve sleep.

Hopi Ear Candles are cotton tubes impregnated with bee’s wax, honey and therapeutic oils, it is painlessly inserted into the ear to draw out impurities and releases pressures from the head and sinuses.

For the treatment to take place you will be asked to lie on your side, while the candle is placed into the ear and lit.
