Hi! I'm Liezle, qualified Therapeutic Reflexologist and health and wellness fanatic. Biology was one of my best subjects in school. That and Accounting, so I went down the Accounting route. Even though Accounting brought home the bacon, it did not bring home joy and fulfilment. That’s when I started my journey into the world of health and wellness. In 2007 I started my studies with a course in Naturopathy in London. My plan was to specialise in Homeopathy, but life had other plans for me. In 2012 I stumbled across Reflexology and fell in love! Today I am a Reflexology New Zealand registered Reflexologist although I have studied Therapeutic Reflexology in South Africa under Inge Dougans. I specialise in Vacuflex Treatment, Meridian Treatment and Therapeutic Foot Reflexology. Recently I added to my wellness studies through doing a ph360 course, an extensive scientifically proven programme designed to support anybody in their quest to optimum health and wellness. My aim is to help your body relax so it can start healing itself. I am located in my home-based studio in Camborne, Porirua.
