For this treatment, the lights are dimmed, you have the choice of light music and I'll use high-quality aromatherapy oils providing you have no allergies. Creating an environment where you can just sink into the table and clear your mind. This treatment is performed lying on the back and sides to limit the need for the client to move around creating a less disturbing flow of treatment. If you would really like your back massaged while lying on your front just let me know so we can start the massage with you lying on your front.

Clients are required to have an initial consultation appointment for Sports massage. This allows us to assess the area and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

Sports massage appointment for assessment and treatment of injury or localised discomfort. This appointment is to treat a singular issue and is not suitable for multiple areas. any further issues can be seen in subsequent appointments as each area requires assessments and testing.

1 hour of Manual stretching performed in line with the bodies natural energy flows. Each stretch is designed to target a junction area where muscular energy can become a bit sticky. Along with some trigger point techniques you will walk out feeling like a whole new person.
