I offer massage, reflexology and combined treatments for women and non-binary people. I particularly enjoy working with women pre and postnatally, and offer pregnancy massages and postnatal home treatments for new mums. All of my services are underpinned by a Restorative approach, offering a personalised and holistic experience which supports you to relax and reconnect with your innate and powerful capacity to heal, as well as addressing both chronic and acute health conditions. I am a trained aromatherapist, and you can opt for aromatherapy oils as part of any of my restorative massages.

Massage

Restorative Massage is a personalised and holistic treatment, supporting you to relax and reconnect with your innate and powerful capacity to heal, as well as addressing aches, pains and tension. It combines carefully targeted strokes and pressure with relaxation techniques to calm the central nervous system, promote deep relaxation and address specific areas of muscle tension. It is particularly helpful for stress, tension headaches, back and shoulder pain. In keeping with a holistic approach, regular restorative massage  may help to maintain good health and prevent the build up of chronic stress.

You can opt for aromatherapy oils to be a part of your restorative treatment. A personalised blend of fragrant essential oils is prepared and applied through massage. Each oil has unique properties which provide therapeutic benefits, and are absorbed through the skin during treatment.

Reflexology uses gentle pressure on different areas of the feet to promote deep relaxation and support the body's own healing processes. It can support with both acute and chronic health conditions, and improve mood, stress and energy levels. In keeping with a holistic approach, regular reflexology may help to maintain good health and prevent the build up of chronic stress over time.  A reflexology treatment encourages deep relaxation in all areas of the body, restoring balance and mobilising the body's powerful and innate capacity to heal.

Reflexology

Pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. It helps to relieve physical discomfort and fatigue, supports the function of muscles and joints, helps improves circulation and promotes deep relaxation and reduced cortisol levels. This treatments supports the wellbeing of both mother and baby, restoring balance and helping you to unwind and enjoy your pregnancy.

Treatments are available for women and non-binary people only. Pregnancy massage is offered in the second and third trimester, and should not be booked during the first trimester. If you are in any doubt, please call or email Lauren for advice before booking.

Combined Holistic Package: Massage and Reflexology

Restorative massage and/or reflexology are offered as a home visit  within a 15 minute drive of M19, for new mums up to 1 year after the birth of your baby. 

The postnatal period is a unique time as your body recovers from birth and adapts to life with a new baby. It is more important than ever to make time to look after yourself, your wellbeing and your body which has worked so hard through your pregnancy and continues to sustain your baby now. As a mum myself, I know the practical challenges to accessing massage in the months after birth. In a home visit, I will come to you and set up the massage table in a space convenient for you. We will have an in-depth consultation and decide together what treatment is right for you at this stage in your postnatal recovery: for example, I can offer head/face/neck massage and reflexology if you are not yet ready for a full body treatment. You can relax knowing that pauses in the treatment for breastfeeding or baby care are no problem.
