KFL Fitness & Therapy is built on a foundation of education and experience. I achieved a First Class Degree in Fitness and Therapy with an additional Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and Corrective Exercise. This ignited my passion for Sports Therapy and is the reason I continue to learn, train and adapt to ensure my clients receive the right treatment that suits them.
