Thank you! we are following all government guidelines with regards to covid and disinfecting equipment / touch points - Reminder of rules- Please come to your booking alone unless the person attending is also having a service done. Please ensure you come to bookings on time if you are late we may not be able to do your treatment as we need time to disinfect equipment and the treatment room / area. If you or anyone you have been in contact with have recently travelled outside the UK we need you to follow the government’s quarantine advise - please rearrange your booking for when your quarantine period is over. If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with are showing symptoms please cancel and rearrange your booking for at least 2 weeks time or get tested - your test must show as negative before we can book you in. No refreshments are offered within the salon unless you are booked for a facial or massage and you will be offered water in a disposable cup. All staff and clients must wear masks unless you are exempt in witch we require a GP letter. (If any clients within the salon are not wearing a mask please do not question this as our staff have taken the correct protocols to provide a safe space for exempt clients). Hand sanitation location is at reception - hand wash located in the bathroom Please do this when you enter and before you leave the salon. If reception is busy please wait outside until Safe to enter. if you are nervous regarding covid about visiting during busy periods we have one hair stylist (only member of staff in) on a Tuesday and our beauty therapist is the only member of staff in on a Wednesday - these days are the best days for nervous clients. All clients information is taken when booking for trace and protect. we are asking all clients to please be kind & understanding these are extremely unknown and scary times for everyone - our staff have rules that they must follow - we have the right to refuse treatment to anyone who refuses to follow the above rules. This is for the protection of staff and clients and to prevent the spread of covid. a huge thank you to all clients who are visiting us, for your continued support and loyalty. A big thank you!
