The Harmony is an intuitive treatment combining the physical benefits of massage with the spiritual benefits of Reiki. 

The treatment begins with a back, neck and shoulder massage to ease tension out of the muscles and aid relaxation.  The arms and hands are gently massaged, improving circulation and providing hydration.  Reiki continues the treatment releasing emotional blockages and restoring balance.

The Rose Holistic incorporates a rose geranium and frankincense oil, a rose facial balm and a rose quartz crystal to amplify Reiki energy to the heart chakra ~ and is yours to take home.

This add on can be taken after an Ayruvedic Indian head massage to prolong the relaxation and shift the body into a state of self healing. It is given seated in a chair and beautifully follows the massage.

Reiki is a safe and gentle therapy originating in Japan in the late 1800s. It uses universal life force energy channelled through a practitioners hands to help move stagnant energy and release blockages, resulting in physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing and balance.  

A fully immersive experience. Reiki uses a natural flow of energy through the practitioners hands to resore balance.  It is found to be grounding, provide clarity and generate the release of what no longer serves you.

The Ritual

Enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating benefits of a 30 minute Indian Head Massage for you and a friend.  This hour long session (in total) will allow additional time for both consultations.  It is offered at a special price of £65 (normally £40 each). Please note that this massage is not suitable in pregnancy or clients with epilepsy.

Indian Head Massage for 2

Indian Head Massage is a powerful, invigorating treatment which works on both a physical and emotional level. It is based upon traditional Indian family rituals that have evolved over 4000 years.  

In the western world it has developed into a therapy that addresses stress, anxiety and the challenges of modern day living. It is carried out sitting in a low back chair or can be done lying down.

It can help with stress, anxiety, migraines, muscle tension, insomnia, improve the condition of the hair and brighten the face.

This nurturing massage includes the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, head and face. Organic oils hydrate and nourish the skin. Rosehip seed oil is used on the face and macadamia oil for the hair (can be oil free too).
