Hi I'm Jo, I'm a qualified level 5 Clinical & Holistic Reflexologist, specialising in Duopody - which is working both feet together at same time and working with the systems of the body. I'm based in Risca 5 mile off M4 J27/28, I offer sessions from my home clinic & at Risca Chiropractors & Wellness Centre. I am a registered practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) & the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Holistic Reflexology is a natural therapy that benefit the whole person, taking an whole-istic approach, working on the principle that both the physical body & the emotional body are reflected on the feet, hands, ears and face, to help re-balance the whole person, not only improving presenting symptoms.
