I am a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, offering safe and effective treatments for anxiety, low mood, OCD, stress, insomnia, low confidence and any problem that is exacerbated by stress or anxiety, including irritable bowel syndrome. I also use solution focused hypnotherapy to alleviate fears, phobias and PTSD, weight loss and stopping smoking. I trained with the gold standard CPHT training academy and alongside this I am an RGN, a Public Health Nurse and have worked for 14 with CAMHS as a specialist practitioner.
