I'm a qualified nutritional coach & sports massage therapist based in Central London, Marylebone, NW8. I've had the privilege of helping elite athletes & busy professionals get fit & strong in Central London for 3 years. I work with clients in a private studio in Marylebone NW8, outdoors & online. My approach is simple, I view the body inside-out with an holistic perspective. I love helping people and simply want to impart what knowledge I have gained, enabling others to maximise their health & wellbeing.
