What are Chemical Peels? A chemical peel works by causing a chemical burn and removing the top layers of skin, which in turn allows new skin to generate. Chemical peels can range from very superficial to deep, the severity of your peel will depend on the chemical agents used, and the concentration. After a chemical peel, the lower layers of the skin will respond by renewing skin and by increasing the production of collagen, resulting in your clients’ skin looking more youthful and smoother. The efficacy of a chemical peel depends on a number of factors, from the client’s skin condition, and their daily routine. It is advisable that before having this treatment, you stop using any retinol 72 hours before. This treatment can also not be done on a recently lasered or waxed client. If you have been lasered or waxed, please leave at least 7 – 10 days before your peel.

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive but effective exfoliating facial treatment, which give immediate results. Dermaplaning is a safe, high-impact skin exfoliation process that works in a similar way to microdermabrasion. For this treatment, a surgical scalpel gently shaves away the dead surface skin. As well as removing layers of old skin cells, it removes the fine ‘peach fuzz’ (vellus) hairs on the face, which harbor grime and oils, contributing to the skin’s dull appearance. The exfoliating action also stimulates fresh collagen and elastin production, helping reduce signs of aging, as cells regenerate after the treatment. It also helps reduce appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and effective if you have dry or rough skin, scarring or uneven pigmentation, as it polishes away the build-up of dead and damaged skin cells, revealing fresh, radiant skin underneath. Dermaplaning is a superficial treatment requiring little or no downtime, but may appear rosier than usual for a short while
This facial is a great start for those who have not yet got a facial routine, and would like to get their skin to a healthy level for aesthetic treatments.

Fat dissolving treatments involve injections that are specially formulated to target and remove fat cells in specific parts of the body. The fat dissolving solution is made up of a compound that destroys the cell wall and outer membrane of any fat cell in the area. The main ingredient is a fat dissolving substance called sodium deoxycholate, which is found naturally in the body. This is injected into the treatment area using a needle or cannula which, over time, destroys the fat cells in this area. These are then removed from the body by its very own lymphatic system – a network of tissues and organs that rid the body of unwanted toxins and waste. However, one important thing to note is that if there are other fat cells in the area, that have not been targeted by the injection, these can actually become larger, if you were to gain weight or miss out on a healthy diet and exercise combination.
Hair Loss Treatments
30min - 40min
Hair loss is not inevitable, and can be slowed down or reversed if treated in time. There are options of what would work best for you, which can be discussed during consultation. These treatments can help encourage hair growth due to the addition of Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid: Biotin (Vitamin H) rebalances the production of sebum at a skin and scalp level. The use of Biotin is also effective in the prevention of baldness and grey hair. The serums used can also encourage the development and growth of hair bulbs and inhibits hair loss: a real help in improving thinning hair, it stimulates collagen and microcirculation. As well as using serums, this treatment can also be done with PRP, which is an amazing way to promote hair rejevenation, using your own plasma alone or with the added serum. A course of treatments will be needed to see a result.

Microneedling treatments are very popular, non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures, with no downtime. This treatment is also known as ‘Collagen Induction Therapy’ and helps strengthens the top layer of your skin. As the name suggest, these needling treatments use small needles to prick the surface of the skin, creating micro-wounds. These micro-wounds trigger the body’s natural healing processes, and stimulate long-term benefits with the production collagen, thus helping the skin to look more radiant. Needling treatments can help to stimulate the production of natural elastin and collagen to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, scarring and stretch marks, effectively and powerfully, helping to slow down the early signs of aging, and preventing new wrinkles and fine lines from occurring. These treatments can be combined with PRP and/or corrective antioxidant serums, which will aid in brightening your skin that results in a youthful glow.

PRP treatments are also known as ‘Vampire Facials’ as this procedure begins with drawing blood from the client, which is then placed in a centrifuge machine and spun at high speed to separate the different components of blood, such as the plasma from the red blood cells. The plasma is then drawn up into a syringe and inject back into the chosen areas, using a Mesotherapy or Needling Technique. PRP facials help to slow down ageing and sometimes even reverse it, as plasma contains a high content of growth factors and proteins that will help to heal injured tissue or damaged skin, which in turn trigger surrounding cells to rapidly rejuvenate and stimulate the repair or skin cells and increasing the volume of skin with an amazing rejuvenating effect and hair loss. These treatments can be done as a stand-alone treatment or mixed with serums to boost the results even deeper.
