Allergy tests should be conducted prior to any extension treatment. You may schedule your session 24 hours after the test, provided no allergic reaction has occurred. If you have any concerns, we recommend applying testing patches 24 hours before making a booking, as allergies can arise from environmental and hormonal factors. Additionally, if you have sensitive eyes, undergoing testing is advisable. Please note that the deposit is included in your session fee.

Infill appointments must be scheduled within 3weeks, and at least 40% of the lashes must remain intact. If the appointment is requested after three weeks, please select the "Classic Full Set" option. Additionally, if fewer than 40% of the lashes are intact, extra charges will apply.
