This option is designated to those who are Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare insurances as I can only work with these individuals from a wellness and preventative medicine standpoint. 

1 session: Wellness/Preventative Strength Training

Designed for a PT or wellness visit for an individual athlete looking for strength, agility, or balance/coordination training that is tailored to their needs. 

Athletes PT/wellness session- individual

These services of pain management and rehabilitation can only be provided at this time to those with commercial insurances who are non-Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare based on laws and regulations placed in the state of Pennsylvania.

PT/wellness treatment: One joint/body part

Featured

A 90 minute massage to focus in on all those problem and painful areas of your body. Please let the massage therapist know of the pressure and style of massage you desire. Also remember to give them a tip at the end!

Sessions are about 30 minutes give or take and can be supplemented with PT or wellness services as needed!

Tips to be accounted 
Get a relaxing massage following a PT session or wellness session. Ask the massage therapist how you would like the pressure and style of your massage, and as always please TIP your massage therapist!

This is designed for 3 to 5 athletes at once (they can split the payments to make it cheaper for all individuals involved). Can provide additional discounts if needed especially athletes 18 and younger. 

Athletes PT or Wellness Session- group

This is designed for 10 to 12 athletes or teammates at once (they can split the payments to make it cheaper for all individuals involved). Can provide additional discounts if needed especially athletes 18 and younger. 



Athletes PT or Wellness Session- large group

Select this option for the following reasons: 

You are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare insurances and you have completed a formal course of PT services elsewhere (can only see this population in a wellness standpoint when providing cash-based services)  

You have completed therapy with us but would like to continue training along side a skilled professional to make sure you are training correctly and want to use these services as often as possible.

Unlimited Monthly Membership: Wellness/Preventative Strength Training

2 week membership: Wellness/Preventative Strength Training

Designated only for multiple systems affected with more than 6 body areas affected such as stroke, SCI, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, MS, GBS, etc.

These services of pain management and rehabilitation can only be provided at this time to those with commercial insurances who are non-Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare based on laws and regulations placed in the state of Pennsylvania.
