Kiara has been wonderful in customising a program to suit my current needs and goals. 
I appreciate minimal small talk/chit chat during PT sessions, preferring to focus on the workout and Kiara has been very respectful of this. She is a trainer who is well in tune with clients’ preferences and would adjust her approach flexibly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a welcoming environment to train with a knowledgeable and supportive trainer. :)

Gyms haven't really been my thing in the past, but Horizon totally changed that. I genuinely enjoy going now! Kiara is awesome – she makes even the hardest workouts fun and keeps you motivated.  The gym used to be a scary place for me, but now I actually look forward to getting stronger and feeling good about myself. :) Plus the gym has good music too!!
