From 17th May 2021 face to face classes can resume. To comply with Covid 19 restrictions, social distancing and mask wearing is essential. Masks may be removed once you are on your mat. I am sadly no longer able to supply equipment. This is a traditional Hatha yoga class, with exploratation of the yoga poses (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), Meditation and relaxation. I teach with the health benefits in mind, rather than acrobatic postures. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring layers as you will cool off in the relaxation session.

It is a flowing sequence, therefore it is desirable to attend a Hatha yoga class to be confident of the postures. Not suitable for pregnancy or with any injuries.
