As an athlete myself I’m deeply committed to delivering exceptional, science-based treatment that focuses on long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.

Growing up I was very fortunate to be looked after by a Sports Massage Therapist and a Biomechanic. This has inspired me to become a Sports Massage Therapist.

I’m also pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and a MSc Sports Biomechanics. I qualified as a Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist in the summer of 2024.
