We also stock our own range of premium men's products for your hair and beard, and offer a wealth of knowledge to ensure your hair looks its best long after leaving our shop. Products are available to purchase with or without a service, so pop in anytime to find something to best suit your needs! Walk ins welcome, however to avoid disappointment, we suggest booking an appointment via our simple online booking system. Please note, our last appointment each day is 30 minutes before the listed close time. *CANCELLATION POLICY* We request that you arrive five minutes early to your scheduled appointment, and give the shop a call if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment as this will not allow us adequate time to give you the full service and experience we strive to offer each client and it negatively impacts the next clients service. If you are repeatedly late for your appointments, the cancellation/no show policies below will apply. Appointment cancellations and rescheduling; We request that you respect our time and provide us with at least 6 hours notice for cancellations. By not giving adequate notice to any appointment changes or cancellations, we miss the opportunity to fill that spot, as do other clients wanting an appointment. If you fail to provide adequate notice or you do not show up, you will be obliged to pay 50% of the reserved service amount at your next appointment.
