Ayurveda is the oldest and most comprehensive medical system in the world. The focus is regain optimum digestion, balancing the body’s physiology, improving the immune system and calming the mind. Lilian Alkmim has been practicing for a decade, graduated as a Nutritionist and an Ayurvedic Consultant in AUS and completed the “Advanced Ayurvedic health care for Women and kids”, recognized by the International Academy of Ayurveda IAA. Lilian is recently certified in modern nutrition delivering programs that are science based without losing the wholistic view of ayurvedic medicine.
