Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after 24 hours you will be charged your appointment fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, you can also do this by logging in to your Fresha account. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you and you will be held responsible for paying your full appointment fee for your missed appointment.
