Energise is a Fitness and Holistic Haven offering fitness classes and Personal Training sessions in a small, private studio and a large variety of massage and holistic treatments, meditation sessions and workshops. There is no ability level for fitness sessions, all are welcome and we will create a session that you feel comfortable doing but will see great results from. Treatments will also be adjusted to suit your likes/dislikes. You will always receive a friendly welcome and be made to feel safe and comfortable, whether it is your first or hundredth visit.
