Therapeutic Sports Massage and Bodywork: I help people reduce their pain and improve their quality of life through bodywork and massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and an Energy Worker located in the Marietta Historic District. My focus is in restorative, relaxing, sports and orthopedic massage techniques. I incorporate a variety of techniques to gently reduce hyper and hypotonicity in muscle tissue. My passion is to help reduce pain and increase range of motion, so you can get back to the things you love doing. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels. Using an integrated approach, I use a combination of techniques in conjunction with your goals to help you stay pain-free so you can continue your active lifestyle. Most sessions include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Stretching, Cupping Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Muscle Energy Therapy (MET), Balancing and Orthopeadic Techniques using light to firm pressure.
