One hour Initial consultation and postural assessment Full body sports massage. This consultation will involve a physical examination to record any biomechanical/postural differences present, The limits of your pain-free range-of-movement – any special tests that might be needed will also be done at this point. This will be then followed by a full body massage. This will be performed in my clinic.

30 Min appt. A review of previous treatment and assessment then a 20 minute area massage and reassessment to confirm progress. This can also be used as a one area only massage. This will be performed in my clinic.
