I have had a passion for holistic health and beauty from a young age. The human body has always fascinated me and a career in massage therapy was a natural path.
 I have now been practicing for over 12 years and have continued to add to my training and expertise. I am qualified in all types of massage therapy, from relaxing holistic treatments to deep tissue and sports massage.
I am currently studying in Advance Clinical Massage Therapy which is a level 6 BTech qualification.

75 minute massage 

Any type of injury or trauma to the body will set off the body’s natural protective mechanism known as the inflammatory response. 
The main identifiable signs are : Pain, Swelling, Heat, Redness as well as restriction to range of movement. 

Kinesiology taping or K-Tape has been clinically shown to help with the natural response to the inflammation as it targets different receptors within the somatosensory system. 

Correct application of K-tape will help alleviate pain and encourage the facilitation of lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. 

Used as part of a rounded treatment approach it can be used alongside other treatments such as Massage. 

It works by supporting the muscle, lifting the tissue, helping shortened muscles to relax and weak muscles to contact correctly. 

K-Tape can act as a treatment in between treatments. Lasting for 3-5 days. 
It’s is also safe to use during pregnancy.

As a certified oncology and scar work therapist, when I work with oncology clients I aim to create an experience where you are more than your diagnosis, treating you, the individual, to the me time you deserve away from a clinical setting.
Massage not only aids in relaxation, helping to improve sleep patterns it also aims to reduce pain, relieve stress and help to reduce anxiety, working to help create a prolonged sense of well being.
I woke to provide a gentle, caring touch in the midst of what can be a very emotional and physically exhausting time, helping to give you the time to switch off and focus on relaxation.
