The Hair dye was fine but Gina completely botched up my cut part of my appointment and there's only one way to fix it which is cutting more than what i wanted, i only wanted 2 inches off (standard trim) but there is the entire front part which is about mid chest length whereas the rest is mid-back range. i will only request Mallory from now on to do my cuts 

Mallori is always so amazing no matter the service. She got me in when it fit my schedule which is hard to work around sometimes ❤️

Ice Massage utilizes a continuously moving piece of Ice on an indicated injury in an intentional manner, to stimulate a physiological reaction that has the effect of accelerating healing to that area.  The ice is applied directly to the skin surface with care not to damage the skin or underlying tissue.

Ice Massage 10 minute

This is a table massage similar to a Swedish massage with added deeper focus on problem areas.  It helps with the reduction of pain and tense muscles, "trigger points", and similar troubles.  It can also improve mobility and or function of the focused body area.

It will include the use of oils or other lubricants and may also utilize heat on the affected area.

The consultation prior to this treatment may be lengthier than for basic treatments.

This is a great option to schedule just before or after a chiropractor appointment.

90 minute Swedish plus problem focused massage

Focusing primarily on the feet yet the lower leg is not completely neglected.  The purpose is to improve circulation and reduce soreness and tension in the feet.  Foot creams may be used if it is indicated and desired.

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.

Chair Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

I utilize Swedish style and implement some deep tissue if needed and desired.
