It combines elements of remedial massage, acupressure techniques, lymphatic drainage, Gua-Sha. It is also a safe and natural way to enhance the health and appearance of the face. Incorporating beautiful skin products enriches the benefits of the massage and provides an even more effective and rejuvenating experience. This is ideal for those who are required to spend a lot of time at a computer or on the phone & breastfeeding or simply under stress.

Remedial Facial Treatment 60mins

A head-to-toe massage treatment that will leave you feeling weightless and blissful. This treatment is designed to combat stress, revitalize and restore the body back to balance. A relaxing blend of essential oils are applied (if desired) in slow and rhythmic strokes to alleviate tension and tiredness, flushing toxins and worries away. This massage is ideal for de-stressing, stimulating circulation and restoring balance to the body. Allowing yourself some time out, time to slow down and recharge. A softer, nurturing massage that is great for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, bulging discs, high blood pressure.  

 

Relaxation Massage

Hand or Foot Scrub & Massage - 20 mins (additional to your treatment time) Renew and revitalize dull, dry and dehydrated skin with this natural exfoliation and extraordinary moisturizing treatment from the pristine islands of Fiji. 

Hand or Foot Scrub & Massage

60min, 75min (allow 10mins extra for consult & assessment) It is recommended to begin massage after the first trimester. 

A targeted, nurturing massage designed specifically for your body’s remarkable changes during this precious time, supporting mum and baby. Our therapists trained specifically in pregnancy massage, have the unique ability to deliver a firm and effective treatment whilst mum-to-be is lying on her side, supported by soft body pillows. A pregnancy remedial massage can assist with the aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, which are often caused by the extra weight and shift in the center of gravity. There are many physical benefits to a pregnancy massage in addition to the nurturing and emotional support provided by the massage therapist. Massage during pregnancy reduces peripheral swelling, soothes the nervous system, helps to prevent insomnia, muscle cramps and back pain. For a more relaxing experience choose the 75- minute option. 

Remedial Pregnancy Massage

60 min 75 min (allow 10mins extra for consult & assessment) Initial appointment is a minimum of 1 hour. More than two areas to treat will require a 75 min treatment. Acute inflammation requires a 48hr period post injury to stabilize and prevent further injury.  

The aim of a remedial massage treatment is to reduce physical pain and discomfort, increase range of movement and mobility and prevent injury. Susanne will carry out an assessment prior to your massage and will advise on a treatment plan along with expected results. A unique experience tailored to suit your needs. A combination of firm and varied massage strokes that give a complete and thorough massage, where your whole body feels more healed and revitalized. Tension will be addressed. A spoonful of honey makes the medicine go down a little easier, so each session is topped off with a heavenly scalp massage to release deep-seated tension.
