I am a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, the highest level of qualification, trained at the Gaia School of Natural Health. My passion is supporting clients with anxiety and stress-related issues to regain balance and calm naturally. I am fully trained in reflexology to support fertility, menopause, palliative care, musculoskeletal issues, emotional support and also hand reflexology. I am also a Member of the Association of Reflexologists.
