Thank you for booking with us when you travel to London from Saudi Arabia.

We hope you understand that Saturday July 15th 2023 was one of the hottest days in July.

In addition, there are a few restaurants nearby.

More specifically, we have a restaurant with outdoor spaces and real plants right next to us.

Therefore some (1 or 2) might get inside our salon and we always try our best to keep them away from the salon.

However as you already know, on July 15th at 4pm (the time of your appointment), all of our colleagues were busy with our clients.

Together with our open door for air circulation and freshness, it would not be possible to serve our clients and keep them away at the same time.

You told us you would come back later and we were all waiting for you but you did not.

We hope you had a great time in London and even greater when you travel back home to Saudi Arabia.

The place is very small, not hygienic at all, there were flies everywhere, and very strong unpleasant smell. We left due to how unhygienic the place is.
