I'm Cerys and I've been a sports therapist for over 9 years now! In my cosy clinic you'll receive a warm welcome in a confidential, judgement free environment.

While I work with a variety of sports people, from runners and cyclists through to rugby players and bodybuilders you do no not need to be 'sporty' to benefit from sports therapy. Work, family life, accidents & stress can all make us achy & in need of some TLC.
