Stepping into our unique salt cave, you will see Pink Himalayan salt blocks from floor to ceiling! We are proud to offer this complementary, natural & alternative therapy to our community and area as our salt cave is one of the only of its kind in Central Nebraska. 

Salt, being a “super-absorbent,” acts as a toothbrush gathering & sweeping away any foreign object within the respiratory system - from toxins to bacteria (making salt a natural antibiotic). As the salt gathers these foreign compounds, our bodies are able to eliminate them naturally. Additionally, the tiny salt particles being diffused in the room are absorbed by through the skin pores (which is why we recommend using the room barefoot where there are over 4,000 pores).
