Reflexology can be a very grounding experience and can be helpful for many symptoms including anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and more.  As well as focusing on particular symptoms, reflexology can be used as a regular reset for the nervous system.
Indian Head Massage is extremely relaxing and as well as nourishing for the scalp and hair.
