A deep tissue massage uses forearms and elbows to effectively breakdown muscular tension and relive tension and muscle soreness. 

This massage is a firm massage and can sometimes make you feel sore for a few days after. 

Areas concentrated on will be dependant on your personal requests or areas of concern.

Deep Tissue Massage 

A Deep Tissue back massage uses forearms and elbows to help breakdown muscle tension and soreness. This treatments helps to reduce muscular strain & tension and has a firm pressure 

(you may feel slightly sore for a few day after this massage)
